: Of Section 6 of the Principal Act,- (1) the following clause (d1) is added after clause (d):- "(D1) The court shall presume that the child born by the artificial insemination system with the consent of the husband and wife was born of the married husband."
(2) The following clauses (e1) and (e2) have been added after clause (e):- "(e1) The court shall presume that an agreement or document has been entered into directly through a digital or electronic transaction.
(e2) If a transaction is done by digital or electronic signature, the court shall presume that it has been duly signed.”
(3) In clause (f), after the words "from the Government of a foreign State" the words "evidence received" shall be inserted.
